Each session is different, depending on what your system most needs at the time.
I’ll often share simple suggestions to support your integration. Grounding, rest, reflection, or creative practices to help the shifts settle.

It’s normal for the energy to continue unfolding for days or even weeks afterwards. You might feel tired, emotional, inspired, or more sensitive as old energies release and your body integrates new frequencies.
Be gentle with yourself and focus on rest, hydrate, and spend time in nature when you can.

Some changes are immediate and tangible; others are subtle and take time to reveal themselves. Many clients notice that when they look back after a few weeks or months, they can see how profoundly things have realigned.

Come as you are there’s nothing specific you need to do.
It can be helpful to spend a few moments beforehand tuning into how you’re feeling and what you’d like support with.
Drink water, allow some quiet time before and after if possible, and try not to schedule anything too demanding immediately afterwards so you can integrate the work gently.

You don’t need any experience to benefit from Soul Gardening.
Everyone experiences energetics differently, some feel warmth, tingling, emotion, or deep stillness; others simply notice a sense of peace or clarity afterwards.
The energy always meets you where you are, working in ways that your body and soul can naturally receive.

No — you don’t have to be still or focused at the same time I’m working.
I set the intention for the energy to reach you at the most supportive and appropriate time.

If you can, choose a day when you’ll be in a receptive state and can rest, journal, or simply be at ease.
If you’re overseas, booking a remote session while you sleep can also be ideal.
I recommend avoiding alcohol for about 48 hours either side of the session so your body can integrate the work with clarity and ease.

Absolutely. Soul Gardening complements counselling, bodywork, and other holistic therapies beautifully.
If you’re currently working with another practitioner, just let me know so we can ensure the session supports and aligns with your existing process.

I don’t offer gift vouchers, as it’s important that each person books directly and feels ready for the work.
If you’d like to gift a session, you’re welcome to arrange payment privately with your loved one. They can then contact me directly when they feel aligned and ready.
This ensures they enter the process by choice and can receive fully.

The rhythm of this work is unique for everyone. Some clients come regularly during times of transition — every few weeks or monthly — while others book seasonally or annually for an energetic “tune-up.”

You’ll know when it’s time. Many clients notice signs like feeling scattered, depleted, or creatively blocked and come when they sense it’s time to realign.
Others like to book at the start of a new year or on their birthday as a ritual of renewal.

Soul Gardening can also work beautifully alongside my group programs and ceremonies for ongoing support.

Yes. Payments are processed through my booking system via credit card or PayPal.
Your bank or PayPal will automatically convert the amount to your local currency based on the exchange rate of the day.
If you’d like to check the conversion, you can use an online currency calculator before booking.

Here’s a simple guide to help you choose what’s right for where you are:

• First-Time Client:
  If you’ve never worked with me before, begin with the First-Time Client Session.

• Soul Gardening:
  For healing, integration, clarity, or creative alignment.
  Choose the Standard Soul Gardening Session for ongoing support, or the Extended Session if it’s been a while or you’re feeling particularly stuck or stagnant.

• Womb Weaving Ceremony:
  For those called specifically to explore womb healing, creativity, fertility, or feminine embodiment.
  This is a deeper ceremonial journey focused on the Womb as a creative centre.

• Sanctuary Session:
  In-person only (Melbourne).
  A restorative, sound-based session for when you’re feeling tired, overwhelmed, or “cooked.”
  Perfect when you don’t want to go into story or transformation work, but simply need to rest, receive, and be rebalanced through sound and gentle touch.

• Mentoring:
  For practitioners, students, or facilitators seeking energetic mentoring, guidance, or professional support.
