1:1 energetics mentoring for practitioners, creatives + heart-led business owners
When you work for yourself, particularly when your work is something deeply personal to you, it can sometimes be difficult to know where you end and your work begins.
Our own patterns, fears, expectations and ways of relating can easily weave themselves into what we create. We can find ourselves over-giving, questioning our decisions, comparing ourselves to others, struggling with boundaries, taking things personally, or simply becoming so close to our work that it becomes difficult to see clearly.
And sometimes we simply have an idea, question or challenge that we would really love to talk through with someone who gets it!
My Energetics Mentoring sessions offer you a space to step out of the middle of it all for a moment and explore what is happening with greater clarity, support and perspective.
Together, we might talk through something practically, explore the personal patterns or energetics influencing a situation, work with boundaries or capacity, develop an emerging idea, or use energetics to support you in shifting what is getting in the way.
I’m not here to tell you what to do or give you the “right” answer.
We work it out together.
You + Your Work
Perhaps you are noticing that your own “stuff” is getting tangled up with your business, practice or creative work.
We can explore boundaries, over-giving, confidence, visibility, comparison, self-worth, capacity, client relationships, staying in your own lane, or the sometimes blurry line between caring deeply about your work and becoming consumed by it.
Sometimes what looks like a business or creative problem has something else sitting underneath it.
And sometimes the thing we’re trying so hard to make work isn’t actually in Soul Alignment in the first place.
Having a space to explore both can help you see what is actually going on and find a way forward that feels more supportive and sustainable.
The Practical Stuff
You might also have a very practical question or challenge around your offerings, pricing, clients, communication, marketing, structure, sustainability or the day-to-day reality of working for yourself.
You might be navigating the transition into working for yourself, growing an existing practice or creative business, developing new offerings, working with groups or clients, or entering or navigating a collaboration.
Sometimes you know something needs to change but you’re simply too close to it to see what that change could look like.
Having someone experienced to talk it through with can make an enormous difference.
What Wants to Emerge
You might be feeling the beginnings of a new offering, body of work, creative project or direction but aren’t quite sure how to bring it into form.
I work with practitioners and facilitators, but I also mentor creatives including authors, artists, musicians and singers who are navigating their own creative process, expression and relationship with sharing their work in the world.
A big part of this can be finding and trusting your own voice.
Not only your literal voice, but the way you express yourself through your work and creativity. What you want to say. What you want to create. What feels true and authentic to you, rather than simply repeating what you have been taught or looking around at what everyone else is doing.
For practitioners, this might mean moving beyond the modalities you have been trained in and discovering and gaining courage in your own unique way of working. For a creative, it might mean trusting the book that wants to be written, the music that wants to be made, the art that wants to be created, or allowing yourself to become more visible through what you make.
We can explore your ideas and help give shape to something that is still emerging.
I also tend to be the person people come to when they are needing some encouragement, and sometimes a loving Soul push, to share their medicine and creative gifts more expressively with the world.
A Little About My Approach
I’ve been working professionally in the healing, wellbeing and spiritual space for over 19+ years, but I haven’t always worked in this world.
I have a double degree in Business Marketing and Multimedia and spent around 15 years working in corporate and small business before eventually transitioning into running my own business full-time. This included working as an Account Manager with Coles Myer, where I was part of the team who launched gift cards into the Australian market, followed by Marketing Manager roles within two small businesses.
These days I’m much more interested in helping people bring their gifts into the world than gift cards.
I went on to run a Reiki School in Melbourne for over a decade, training more than 250 students, alongside working with clients, teaching, facilitating groups and developing my own work.
Over the years I have been a practitioner, teacher, facilitator, ceremonialist, sound healer, course creator, meditation artist, creative and business owner. I’ve created my own bodies of work, developed programs and offerings in collaboration with other facilitators, contributed to other people’s creative projects and events, and taught within established schools and programs.
I’ve experienced what it is to lead something of my own, to create alongside others, and to contribute my gifts and be in service within something larger than myself.
And I’ve experimented, changed direction, made mistakes, got tested, followed ideas that worked beautifully and others that absolutely did not!

I love seeing the patterns, allowing the Field to weave, noticing what someone might not be able to see when they’re right in the middle of something, asking questions, throwing around ideas and helping people find their own way forward. It brings me no greater joy than seeing someone in their own lane and sharing their soul aligned gifts for the whole world to benefit from.
I have a particular skill set around self-worth and gently uncovering the knots, patterns and limitations that might be holding you, and your work, back from being more fully expressed.
I don’t believe there is one formula for creating meaningful work or building a business. What works beautifully for one person may feel completely wrong for another.
I’m much more interested in helping you discover what works for you.

Is This Energetics Mentoring or Soul Gardening?
There can naturally be some crossover between my Energetics Mentoring and Soul Gardening sessions because, of course, we don’t leave ourselves at the door when we enter our businesses, practices or creative work!
The simplest distinction is the focus of the session.
Energetics Mentoring is primarily focused on you in relationship with your work, practice, creativity or business.
Soul Gardening is focused more deeply on you and your inner world, relationships, life experiences, dreams, healing and personal growth.
Energetics can be incorporated into both, but within mentoring it is used in support of the questions, challenges, creative process or growth you are navigating within your work.
