Ceremonial Sound Journeys are an opportunity to step out of the everyday thinking and doing mind, drop within yourself and deeply listen.
Through layers of music, voice, rhythm and sound, you are invited into an inner journey where you can simply receive, allowing the sound to move through you and support whatever wants to unfold.
Each journey is unique. You may experience deep rest, emotion, imagery, insight, creative inspiration or profound states of connection.
Sometimes the experience is gentle and nurturing. At other times it can be deeply moving, visionary or transformative.
A Ceremony of Sound
These journeys are not a performance or a traditional sound bath. They are layered, textured ceremonial experiences woven through music, live voice, intuitive song, rhythm, percussion and the sounds of the natural world.
My voice can move from soft, nurturing tones into something more earthy, visceral, ancient or primal, carrying healing frequencies and sounds inspired by the birds and animals, the elements, the earth and stars. Through the voice, what is unseen and unheard in the space is given sound and brought into form.
Each tone and song becomes a living prayer of healing, love, grace and remembering.
At their heart, these intentional journeys are always intended to bring you home to yourself, to the earth and to the divine, so you can reconnect with the creative magic already living within you.

Ceremonial Sound Journeys are offered both in person in Melbourne, around Australia and online.
When joining online, you can lie down with headphones in the comfort of your own space and allow yourself to fully receive. When a recording is included, you can return to the journey again in your own time, often experiencing something new with each listen.

For retreats, gatherings + special events
I also create bespoke Ceremonial Sound Journeys for other practitioners, retreat facilitators and event organisers, both in person and online.
These journeys can be tailored around the intention and themes of your gathering, helping to deepen, amplify and integrate the work you are already weaving with your group.
They offer a lush and unique experience for your participants and an opportunity for you, as the facilitator, to lie down and receive alongside them.
When offered online, there may also be the option to provide a recording for your group to revisit afterwards, allowing the journey to continue supporting them beyond the live experience.
For in-person journeys, I am based in Melbourne and available to travel for retreats and events. I have shared this work with groups around Australia and in the UK.
I bring 19 years of experience holding space and working with groups, alongside 10 years of training in Ceremonial Arts and Soul Healing Arts with my teacher Sharon Bolt through The White Dragon Lineage®. Alongside this is a lifelong passion for voice, music and the magic that can be woven when community comes together.
