Due to popular demand I will be running this Ceremonial Afternoon again for those who missed out earlier in the year. This is a small and intimate in-person ceremony that will be held at my home clinic space, The Green Room, here in Newport and will be intentionally capped at just 6–7 people.

The guardian of this ceremony will be The Luminous Apple Blossom Tree.

This afternoon will be a nourishing and soul-clarifying space centred around the harvesting the fruits of life and acknowledgement of Soul gifts.

Many of the incredible people I work with struggle to see the innate gifts they carry. They may not fully recognise the positive impact they have on the people around them. I see this often that we underestimate or undervalue the very qualities that others experience as our greatest offering.

Because something comes naturally to us, we may assume it comes easily to everyone.

But what flows naturally from us is often the result of deeply embodied and lived experience, wisdom cultivated over time, and perhaps even across lifetimes.

Many of the qualities that bless others the most can remain hidden from our own view.

Throughout the afternoon we will move through a Plant Tea ceremony, Soul Constellations®, Drum journey, crafting and ritual, allowing you to recognise and anchor the gifts that are ready to be harvested in your life.

Keeping the group small allows everyone to receive individual attention and constellation work within the space.

This is intended to be a reassuring afternoon where you may just walk away with a little or big ah-ha perspective shift to recognise yourself with more loving and grateful eyes.

With over 18 years of experience holding space and 9 years of training as a Ceremonialist and Soul Healing Arts Practitioner with Sharon Bolt and The White Dragon Lineage, it is one of Sara’s greatest joys to share the plant and tree allies and their potent medicine in ceremony.

About: Sacred Space Holder & Ceremonialist

Combined with over 18+ years of existing Space Holding experience. I am have undergone rigorous training and initiations with Sharon Bolt over the last 9 years as a Sacred Space Holder and Ceremonialist. This training is an IEHA Globally Accredited Training and requires a minimum of 2 years of training, initiations and dedicated supervision and mentorship before being able to safely guide individuals and groups during their encounters with their true selves and the spirit world. The depth, tenure and immersion of this training enables the facilitator to walk the path of a technician of sacred spaces with the upmost integrity, safety and honour.

The teachings, rituals, and ways shared within my ceremonies, workshops, and treatments have been received through direct communion with the Earth, Spirit, and my ancestral lineage, and are held within the sacred ceremonial template passed on to me by my teacher, Sharon Bolt, of the White Dragon Lineage®.

When I create and hold Sacred Space, I work in collaboration with both the seen and unseen realms weaving the Inner and Outer Planes together in service to healing and remembrance.

These teachings are offered with deep respect and are intended to support the collective good. Out of reverence for Spirit and the safety of all, I ask that you honour this work by not reproducing or sharing it without the appropriate training or permission.

What might I experience during and after Ceremony?

Every Ceremony has its own rhythm and magic. You may feel peaceful, open, tender, or full of new insight. Sometimes emotions or memories rise to the surface as old energy releases. Other times, the experience feels light, spacious, and deeply nourishing.

Whatever unfolds is welcome. Be gentle with yourself in the days after, please rest when you can, drink water, spend time in nature, and allow what’s been stirred to settle in its own time.

If something feels tender or reactive — perhaps with another person, or even towards me — simply notice with compassion. Ceremony can bring awareness to what’s ready to shift, and your presence with it is part of the healing.

What if I feel I need extra support afterwards?

Ceremony can open the heart in beautiful ways. Sometimes it also brings forward things that may ask for a little more care and attention.
If you feel called, reach out to the trusted practitioners, healers, or therapists who support you. These Ceremonies are offered as soul nourishment and do not replace professional care, they weave beautifully alongside it.

You know what you need best. Typically after ceremony there is a wave of clarity and inspiration that flows supporting your growth so you can trust the nudges you get for support, things you want to try or new pathways to explore.

I’m on medication or have a health condition — can I still come?

Your wellbeing is always the priority. If you’re taking medication, recovering from illness, or have any concerns about your health, please check in with your healthcare provider to be sure this experience feels right for you.

If you’re feeling unwell, feverish, or simply need rest, honour your body and allow yourself to recover before joining.

For safety reasons, this particular space isn’t suitable for those currently navigating psychosis or intense, uncontrolled anger. If you’re unsure or would like to talk it through, please reach out — I’m happy to gently discuss what might best support you at this time.
